The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) serves as the State’s principal agency for driving economic growth.
Reimbursement of up to 50% of total project costs
The Small Business Improvement Grant provides reimbursement for costs associated with making building improvements or purchasing new furniture, fixtures, and equipment. A
total of $45 million of Main Street Recovery Finance Program funding will be utilized to capitalize the Small Business Improvement Grant.
20% of the annual lease payment on a minimum 5-year lease
The Small Business Lease Grant supports the growth and success of small businesses and nonprofits by providing grant funding to cover a portion of lease payments. This resource will help establish and grow of small businesses, while also helping to fill space that is currently vacant and prevent future vacancies. A total of $20 million of Main Street Recovery Finance Program funding will be utilized to capitalize the Small Business Lease Grant.
Grants for Restaurants up to $11,400
The NJEDA Small Business E-commerce Support Program provides free consulting and digital marketing consulting services to New Jersey small businesses in the restaurant,
retail and personal care industries to assist with website development and website optimization, e-commerce platform, online ordering platform, online appointment booking platform and digital marketing plan.
